Shipping policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Tuckered is not responsible for customs/other fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If tracking is available for your order, the information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk and spam folder if you don't see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox.

Tuckered is not responsible for and will not replace or refund an order where the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their address during checkout. Please ensure all information is correct and up–to–date before placing an order.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed.

PRE-ORDERS: PLEASE READ SPECIFIC DETAILS ABOUT PROCESSING TIMES AND CLOSING DATES UNDER THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. I will begin to process preorders on the specified date and begin shipping out orders ASAP after pre-orders close. If you place an order with items in stock, I will wait to ship out your entire order with the pre-order item(s). 

Any shipping estimate showing at checkout does not include processing times. 

Example: Shipping speed says 7 days, that means 7 days from when USPS receives the package. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe. If you are in the US, you would typically receive your package within 1-2 weeks, unless it is a preorder.
